ChatToAnyone is operated by Acefina LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to the public website at chattoanyone.com: the home page, guides, comparisons, research dataset, and the product, pricing, safety and legal pages. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. Editorial website and chat product

This website publishes independent guides and comparisons about online chat services and AI tools. ChatToAnyone also operates its own chat product, which is clearly identified wherever it appears in our coverage. The chat product at /chat is governed by the separate ChatToAnyone Chat Terms of Service. Those terms set out the age rules, acceptable use inside conversations, AI companion rules and the Plus subscription terms. If these website terms and the chat terms conflict on a matter about the chat, the chat terms apply.

2. Informational content

Our guides reflect our checks, research and judgment at the review date shown on each page. Products, prices, availability, age requirements, safety controls and policies change, sometimes without notice from the companies involved. We correct material errors when we find them, but we cannot promise that every third-party detail stays current. Check the linked official source before relying on a price, a feature or an age rule. The website does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health or emergency advice. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services. Find A Helpline lists verified crisis services by country.

3. Accuracy and corrections

If you think something on this website is wrong, out of date or unfairly described, email editor@chattoanyone.com. Include the page address, the sentence or table row involved, what you believe is correct, and a public source we can check. Companies we review may use the same address to tell us about a product change they want us to re-check. We review every correction request against the evidence, not against who sent it. When a correction changes a fact, ranking or recommendation, we update the page and its date. Where the change is material, we say so on the page. We do not remove accurate criticism because a company asks us to.

4. Independent rankings and commercial relationships

We rank services by the use case described in each guide. Advertising and affiliate relationships do not buy placement or decide rankings, and we do not accept payment for inclusion, "sponsored reviews" or guest posts. Our own chat product is labeled as ours wherever it appears. Active commercial relationships are identified in context and explained on our Disclosure page.

5. Advertising

Some guide pages can show advertising served by Google AdSense to visitors who are not signed in to ChatToAnyone Plus. We do not choose, endorse or check each individual ad, and an ad appearing next to our content is not a recommendation. Advertisers' products and websites are governed by their own terms. Ads never appear inside the chat, on the product and pricing pages, or on our legal pages. How ad cookies work, and how to opt out of personalized advertising, is explained in our Privacy Policy. You must not click ads on this website in bad faith, use automated tools to generate ad impressions or clicks, or encourage anyone else to do so.

6. Acceptable use

You may use and link to the website for lawful personal or business research. You must not:

  • interfere with the website, its security controls or other visitors;
  • use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service, evades reasonable limits or inflates traffic, ad or analytics counts;
  • misrepresent our content, rankings or relationship with a third party;
  • copy or republish substantial portions of our original content without permission, except the research dataset, which is licensed separately as described in section 10; or
  • use the website to distribute malware, unlawful material, scams or abusive content.

7. Community guidelines

The community guidelines in our Safety Center describe the behavior expected in ChatToAnyone conversations: what is not allowed, how reporting and blocking work, and what we do when the rules are broken. They apply alongside the chat terms to everyone who uses the chat, whether as an anonymous guest or with a saved account.

8. Children and age requirements

This website is general informational content and is not directed at children under 13. The chat applies stricter rules of its own. Under-13s cannot use it, ages 13 to 17 can use only clearly labeled AI companions, and matching with other people is limited to adults aged 18 or older where it is available. In the United Kingdom, the chat offers AI companions only. Some services described in our guides set their own minimum ages, often 18. Their rules apply to you when you use them, whatever our guide says.

9. Feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, tips or correction requests, you allow us to use them to improve the website and the product without owing you payment or attribution, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not send confidential information, passwords, card numbers, identity documents or other people's personal data. We do not publish reader submissions as articles, and we do not accept guest posts.

10. Intellectual property

Our original writing, design, graphics and branding are owned by Acefina LLC or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the source. The Omegle alternatives dataset is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, with the attribution stated in that section. Product names and trademarks of companies we review remain the property of their owners. Referring to them describes a product and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

11. Third-party services and links

Our articles link to services we do not control. A link does not guarantee that a third-party service is safe, available, suitable or unchanged. Before using or paying for one, review its terms, privacy practices, age requirements and pricing.

12. Privacy and safety

Our Privacy Policy explains the data processed by this website, including analytics and advertising cookies. The chat privacy notice covers accounts, messages and payments in the chat. Our Safety Center explains the safeguards and limits of the chat product.

13. Suspension and termination

We may block or limit access to the website or the chat for anyone who breaks these terms, the chat terms or the community guidelines, or who attacks, scrapes aggressively or abuses the service. Depending on what happened, we may remove content, end a conversation, restrict access, or suspend or ban a chat account. We may preserve evidence and report it to the authorities where the law requires, for example for child sexual abuse material. You can stop using the website at any time. A Plus subscription is cancelled through Manage Plus, as described in the chat terms.

14. Availability and liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or remove pages, guides or features. To the extent permitted by law, Acefina LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or of a third-party service discussed on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where you live.

15. Changes

We may update the website and these terms. The effective date above shows the latest revision of these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
