Reporting a problem inside a conversation
For anything happening in a live chat, the fastest route is the chat itself, not email. Every conversation has a Report control. Choose the reason that fits best (inappropriate, harassment, sexual content, child safety, spam or other) and the report reaches our moderation review queue together with a snapshot of the message. In a conversation with another person, Block ends the chat, and the two of you will not be matched again. You can see and manage the people you blocked in Settings. Messages are also screened automatically before they are shown, so a lot of harmful content never reaches you in the first place.
Email safety@chattoanyone.com in addition if the chat has already ended, if you need to add context, or if the concern is about the service rather than one conversation. Include the approximate time, the language you were chatting in, and the random alias shown in the room. Do not send screenshots showing sexual content involving a minor. Report it and describe it in words, and we will preserve what is needed and report it to the authorities.
Deleting your data yourself
You do not have to email us to delete things. In the chat, Delete from my history removes a single conversation from your history. Delete everything in Settings deletes your chats, profile and account. Safety reports, bans and records the law requires us to keep are handled separately, as the chat privacy notice explains. Email privacy@chattoanyone.com for anything the controls do not cover, such as a copy of your data or removing analytics data from your visits.
How corrections work
Every guide shows its review date. When you send a correction to editor@chattoanyone.com, include the page, the exact claim and a public source. We check the claim against the source and the product itself. If we were wrong, we fix the page and update its date. We treat requests from companies we review exactly like requests from readers: evidence changes a page, and asking does not. Paid placement, sponsored reviews and guest posts are not available at any price. The Disclosure page explains how the site is funded.
Who operates ChatToAnyone
ChatToAnyone, both the chat and this website, is operated by Acefina LLC. The founder and developer is Rai Ansar. We deal with support, safety and privacy by email rather than through a contact form, so your message goes directly to the queue for its address and is not collected by a third-party form service.
